Agent Membership Terms

You must hold current registration as an Australian migration agent and provide your registration number for verification before a profile is published.

Verification is intended to be repeated periodically. Profiles may be hidden while registration status cannot be confirmed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, including your specialisations, languages, service regions and contact details. Claims about experience, qualifications or outcomes must be accurate and able to be substantiated.

Members are expected to comply with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and all applicable law, and to treat prospective clients respectfully and honestly.

Membership is billed monthly in advance by the platform’s payment provider. Pricing will be shown clearly before purchase.

Third-party payment processing fees charged by your own provider for client payments are separate and are not RegionalOZ charges.

You may cancel before the next billing period. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which the public profile is removed.

Membership provides a profile and visibility. It does not guarantee inquiries, consultations, conversion rates or income, and RegionalOZ does not promise a specific number of leads.

RegionalOZ does not take a commission on professional service fees and does not charge lead fees, booking fees or messaging fees.

Any engagement is between you and the client. RegionalOZ is not a party to that relationship, does not set your fees and does not mediate professional engagements.

You are solely responsible for the advice you provide, for compliance with your obligations and for your own insurance, record keeping and client agreements.

RegionalOZ may suspend or remove a profile where registration lapses, information cannot be verified, conduct complaints are substantiated, or these terms are breached.

Complaints about a listed agent will be referred to the relevant authority where appropriate. Complaints about membership or billing should be raised through the contact page.
